Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS (within 30 days)

You can apply for a Return in the 'My orders' section of your account within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in a good condition, with the original packaging and documents.

RETURN PROCESS (within 30 days)

To return an item, go to the 'My orders' section of your account and create a UPS return label for the items you want to return. After you create the UPS label, take the goods to a UPS Access Point to be returned.

*Please note, you will be responsible for Return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned products. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Please note, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, contact our Customer Service (please refer to the page for contact information) to arrange an exchange or repair.

  • If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through misuse, you may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
  • Items cannot be returned 30 days after they are delivered.
